Mutiat Sunshine Oji is an Adult Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner that loves preventive medicine. She holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing (BSN) from New Jersey University and a Masters from Rutgers State University, New Jersey and has been in active practice for 16 years.

She is a recipient of the DAISY award for extraordinary nursing and has been honored with an induction into the Sigma Theta Tau society of nurses. She also organizes an annual free health drive in rural Nigeria, and regularly hosts “Health Talk with Mutiat” on Facebook live. She is from Ogun State and she lives and practices in Texas.

She runs consultation on diseases such as Hypertension, Diabetes, High cholesterol, Stroke and stroke prevention, Kidney disease, Heart failure, Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, Atrial fibrillation and many others.
