EventRep is a specialised outreach programme from MicroBiotics where organised life scientific events are supported, publicised, covered and reported using social media platforms. The goals are to make the themes and agendas of these events more understandable and acceptable to the public and general audience.

These events include symposia, seminars, workshops, conferences, debates, shows, campaigns, community engagement, health education/promotion programmes, health interventions programmes and other. We partner with local and international scientific associations, NGOs, state and federal ministries, educational institutions, local communities and intergovernmental organisations.

These events are further supported by other science communication programmes from MicroBiotics such as ResearchApp which provides concise and enlightening writings, and BioTalks which convenes interactive audiovisual talks, for the contents of the events.

We diseminate, report and share these events using social media such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and YouTube through pictures, videos, captions and brief overviews of contents such as general or specific addresses, keynote presentations, individual interviews, professional opinions, communiques, field works, work station activities and many other.
